I just spent the weekend in Eugene for the first time and it was so beautiful!
The no-longer-a-food-cart Cornbread Cafe is charming and has a fun (all vegan!) menu. I was a little sad at all the cashew-based stuff, but it was so nice and what I had was so good that I didn't care.
The salted caramel chocolate cupcake at Sweet Life was delicious and had a decadent, brown sugary coconut-based frosting.
Sisterslegume is a great tour guide! (and I'm not just saying that because I'm dating her sister) <3
