1:20 trail run. Snowy, very muddy (like suck-your-shoes-off muddy) and lots of elevation gain, but fun. We did just over 6 miles, so ended up averaging ~13 minute miles.
Headed out shortly for a 1.4 mile swim, after which the rest of my workout will consist of power napping.

A bit of strength training and 20 min bike, 10 min elliptical. So boring. Starting personal training on Monday.

An hour of Zumba with a new instructor. Gonna go for the third day in a row tomorrow. Thank goodness for cancelled classes! Usually my schedule doesn't work for Zumba classes.

P90X Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X followed by a 2 mile run on the treadmill. :)

Tuesday was a 30 minute run on the cliff top. Today 3 miles at gym in 26 minutes, my best time yet! Then a swim, sauna & steam.
