PPK is down for me but its working for others!

Ok so the usual ppk address forums.ppk.com hasn't been working for me for a bit. Interrobang?! gave me the alternate address and obviously that works because I'm here. However I'm not gonna remember these random numbers all the time!

What's that about? I seem to be able to follow links to pages under the forum url though and now I can go to the regular forum URL unless its fixed again?

Ha! I don't think the 's' was the problem. I know Fee and guyburgess and some others have been having a similar issue and I'm not able to get in via the url either just now... Mumbles posted some instructions here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1216&p=47085&sid=8ed55bce73ba0fe39afa766455d8fd4e#p47085 but it didn't work for me. Sad.

It's been working for me fine since the last time I posted, but it's happened about 3 times for me total. It stays gone for 2-3 days and then starts working again. None of the DNS flushing or unplugging my router has worked.

I just plan asking interrobang?! for the IP thingie each and every single time it happens in the future.

But I can't get a hold of interobang?! What if this happens to me?
Should I just contact you, and you can contact interrogang?! for me?
(This hasn't happened yet, but I don't think I can go 2-3 days without PPKing, so I'm making plans in advance).

well, also "the" before ppk. I don't know if she was actually typing forums.ppk.com, but ppk.com doesn't go to the ppk, so obviously that would explain things. but that probably wasn't actually the problem

Ahh, I didn't notice that! It's clearly because I can't get logged in normally and am using silly numbers to get here. Yeah, that's it. Totally. Not because I'm a bit thick or anything... :)

Tattoo! Incorporate it into a sleeve, you wont regret it. It probably doesn't redirect to porn or photos of Chester or anything else at all. Probably.

Yeah, this is how it goes for me too. It's working again for now. I just have the IP version as a saved thing that comes up in my browser when I start typing it now.

Yeah, I had the right URL, I swear; got here before, didn't I? My browser remembers after all, I was just saying the word version of the url wasn't working when the numbers were. But obviously I need to spell check my complaints!
