Hi - I just wanted to pass along that I made the Pie Crust following the recipe on the back of the Arrowhead Mills White Rice flour package and it came out delicious! It was so easy. I used it for the base of a quiche. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a GF pie crust.

RecipeRenovator, that recipe was the bomb! I added a little salt and didn't roll it between waxed paper because we were out of it. It made a nice crust!
