I''m getting close to being drunk.

Not drunk enough yet to let go of all (work)frustrations, but slowly getting there.

But this is one of those nights where I drink too much and watch lots of Abba and other oldies on youtube.

I will be in about an hour. But I need to be careful. I vowed no more drinking after St Patrick's Day when I ended up puking in my neighbor's driveway. Keepin' in classy

I'm not right now, but yesterday I got so drunk that I:

-Said/did this: "I can put my leg behind my head and do the splits. WANNA SEE?!!!"
-Sang Amy Winehouse's discography
-Danced
-Did cartwheels on video

This thread has been neglected lately, so I thought I would drink and type a bit..

Had a bunch of melon balls tonight. So yummy! Doing a few double shots for now, so I don't know how long I will last.

I've had one beer and I'm feeling kinda huggy. But pre-beer, I was singing sad songs to myself and weeping a little about how much I miss my family on the east coast, soooo I don't know if I'm sauced or just a little crazy with hormones. Could be either!

A good portion of my family is moving to Ecuador, so I feel your pain. Not sure about the 'huggy' thing. I'm feeling kinda 'punchy' tonight.

I should be productive since my friends all went to visit family for Easter but instead I'm making fancy cocktails and watching The Tudors. What of it?
Hibiscus infused gin with sparkling rose lemonade? Yep! Like a fancy G&T!

I've been asked to do salads for omnivorous orphans Ostara dinner. How cliché. Gettin’ sauced on cider and making kasha, caesar, and slaw. Only problem is, I’m supposed to avoid using the mandoline after 3+ drinks. Not sure how this is gonna work.

What kind of cider? I just drank a bottle of Pippins from Sea Cider and let me tell you--I can hold my alcohol but high-alcohol cider always feels so much more potent than even higher-alcohol wine. If that makes any sense.

Give me an hour, I'll be there.

I'm on this thread way too much. I'm starting to feel like I feel when I take out the recycling, like, "gee, maybe I should cut down a bit?"

But it's Monday. I have a case of a Mondays.

And thank you for the (Abba) music, by the way, that's the jam.

Well, I'm certainly not drunk at all. I'm totally fine.
