preferably lieber's or some other reasonably-priced alternative (white bark or other)
where can i buy it locally? i can't do online ordering.

I randomly found them at appletree market on 120 and amsterdàm but that was a year ago so who knows if they still have them.

I believe they're supposed to have them at various kosher supermarkets "way out" in Brooklyn, like that place Pomegranate but I've never been - Liebers brand probably. (Super annoying - I live around the corner from a Liebers warehouse but can't buy stuff there!)

there's a kosher grocer on 95th/94th and columbus that has 2 different kinds of white chips.

oh also you don't have to go "way out" in brooklyn, i got them last june at a store on flushing and nostrand, and i'm sure there's a million more in the williamsburg/south williamsburg/bed stuy area that carry them.
