We are hiring for the following positions:

Prep cook 2-4 days a week(must have some professional cooking experience).

Cleaning 3-5 nights a week (usually from 6:00-11:00 at night) cleaning the truck, dishes kitchen etc.

Baker (2-4 days a week) preparing donuts and pastries for the truck hours are usually from midnight-6:30AM

Line cook 4-5 days a week (must live in NYC, having an NYC vendor license is a major plus)

Anyone applying for the food related positions should be veg/vegan. Please share this with anyone you know who is looking for work that is honest, reliable, and FUN.

I started during the last few months of last season. It's really fun! I'm waiting on my NY vendor license so I can work on the truck in NYC!

wow, i didn't realize they were so far away. i'd love to, but i'm in jc with no car. :/

I would like someone to pay me to hang off the back of the truck like a Newsie. I feel like I'd be good advertising.

Also, I've shown several of my coworkers the incredible deliciousness of those creme brulée donuts, which means several points for veganism! One person keeps talking about them and eating them for the rest of her life, and now insists on donuts and/or accompanying me whenever I venture to the truck.
