Savory things-can you be more specific?

Anything, really. I'm making asparagus muffins, raw collard wraps and some other stuff. Last time people went crazy for ham and cheese crossaints. Whatever you're in the mood for!

Yeah, I always feel like I'm looking for the most obscure things at bake sales, things that I wouldn't typically make on my own. So go for something out of the ordinary, i.e. not chocolate chip cookies (even though those have their place, too!)

I'm excited for this event. I wish I could bake but I am too busy with school.

Well, we'll see. I like to check out the chocolate chip cookies and other standard fare at bake sales-I want to see how they compare to mine!
I'm inclined to go with whatever will sell the best...

i jus realized i have 5 bags of butterscotch chips burning a hole in my freezer. I will make some gluten free butterscotch/chocolate chip cookies and also a butterscotch bundt cake maybe?

Also, if anyone doesn't really bake but wants to, someone offered me a bunch of vegan cupcake and pudding mixes last night for this, if people are willing to meet him to pick up. He's in Queens, but comes to Manhattan pretty regularly.

Help, emergency (sort of)!. I can't locate the directions to how to label stuff for the bake sale, and what kind of container to use, etc. The google doc isn't opening for me. Can anyone post those directions? Thank you in advance!!

LABELING: Please prepare a card or print out with the name of the baked goods you have prepared and a note of anything special about it (gluten free, soy free, nuts, etc.) Additionally, please label its container with the same information and attach a piece of paper with the ingredient list, including the ingredients of the products you used to make the baked goods. That includes either the name and type of your ingredients (e.g., whole foods chocolate chips, earth balance made with olive oil, etc) or include the ingredients of that product.

CONTAINERS and UTENSILS: If you want your container back at the end of the bake sale, please label it with your name. If your baked goods require cutting, scooping, tonging, flipping, spatulating or anything else, please bring the appropriate utensils. Please label them if you want them back and please either pick up the containers and utensils around 5:30 PM or make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you.

We raised about $1000, which can pay a vet's salary in Ecaudor for a month (DAD pays really generously compared to the standard down there)!

Everything I got was great, too! Sashi's matcha muffin was awesome, the butterfingers, almond butter cups, brownie, asparagus muffin and mini rhubarb handpie.
I kind of wish I had come back later when there was sure to be more stuff, but the weather was so icky!

Yes, the butterscotch bunt was yummy! And I loved the asparagus muffin. I want more of both. I did not realize how spicy my spicy muffins were until I tried one when I got home. Yikes! I'll need to make those matcha muffins again because I never got to try one.

I had one for breakfast yesterday. It was SO GOOD.
