I've been kind of bored with this season (half season?) but I'm still loyal!

I'm always loyal!
It figures - I totally just realized my Lincoln Lee crush.

I still think this show is flawless. Love that Lincoln is getting more time and love that Dr. Jones is back. In Season 1, before he died, Jones was "building an army," but once he's killed all exploration of that ends very abruptly. It's one of the biggest plot holes in the series, and it seems like they are filling it in.

I've been watching both Mad Men and Fringe since the beginning and I just now realized Jones is Lane Pryce! Jeez.

This show is so good. The actors who play Walter and Olivia alone make it worthwhile.

Which aspect?
I noticed that in the Observer-occupied future, Sriracha will still be available on the counters of seedy street vendors.

I'm kind of disappointed too. I also barely even understand what's going on. And I've seen every episode!

Those are the only vegans I know in Raleigh. Ha.

They're winding up for an ending, and are bringing back stuff from previous episodes. This week they went looking for some of those pods that burrow through the ground from, I think, season 1. And there's an interesting thing going on with Peter.
Unfortunately the show 2 episodes ago (the one with wormholes and firing grenades into them... Not particularly spoilery, I think.) had THE WORST DIALOG EVER. It was super flat and awful. The stuff going on was interesting, but it was like the writers didn't bother coming up with people to say and just lifted crepe dialog from other places. But it does get better.
Only 7 more episodes to go. I'll miss it. Not as much as if it had ended a couple of seasons ago, but I've enjoyed it.

I really really don't understand the direction they have taken this year. It's a completely different show in basically every way. But I can't quit it because of Pacey.

And now it's over, and in the end it was about fathers. Three of them: Walter, September, and Peter. Or four, if you count Walternate. Or five, if you count original-universe Walter. Some of them lost their sons, and some of them were lost themselves, and one of them lost and regained a daughter.
I've been watching this show since before both of my own sons were born. It's kind of silly, but it's made me think about fatherhood. If it meant life or death for one of my sons, and I had the means, I would destroy universes. And then I'd probably feel bad about it and have parts of my brain removed, but still.
That was a pretty satisfying ending.

I liked the end - I mean, we got what we want, but there's so much missing. I'll have to process.

I skipped to the end of this thread because I'm not caught up, but I haven't been sleeping lately so I started watching fringe and I am now, 5 days later halfway through season 4.
Joshua Jackson is SUCH a babe, holy shiitake.
