I found it in As Nature Intended in Balham, but I haven't seen it many other place. Worth seeking out though!

Yes! I hate most soy yogurts with a passion but Fezza recommended the cherry flavour of these and I am in love! They actually taste how I remember yogurt tasting!

What makes them different from the other fruit yogurts they were doing?

I guess they are creamier? Plus I don't think they taste quite so artificial.

Marks & Sparks onigiri rice balls! Beetroot, red pepper & coconut and tamarind flavours and one made with plain rice with some herbs in. They were yummy!

I can't confirm because I haven't seen them, but Hannah Banana Bakery posted a picture of Redwoods pizzas at Holland & Barrett. One is cheese and one is "meaty". I really, really want them.

I have all 3 flavours in my fridge, so I can confirm they exist. Ther other one is ham and pineapple. I'm going away today but I'll try them when I get back and let you know. They're pretty small with quite a thick crust, and I normally prefer my crusts as thin as I can possibly get, but we'll see.

Finally got the vegan pizzas in my holland and barrett :) they had the cheese and tomato and meatfeast. cant wait to try them!!!
I also bought the fish steaks (not cakes!) from redwoods the otherday, I had both of them in a sandwich
they were really good, very mild fish flavour, and the texture was far more fish like than the fish fingers they do.
Again, probably because they have used konjac as an ingredient.

Also I'm really digging the Fry's steak pies :) reminds me of the pies from the chippy.
And whats a pie without mushy peas, chips and a chip butty? I had a good dinner.

I tried the fish steaks as well. They're ok, but they go mouldy SUPER fast (like most redwoods stuff). I ate one on the Monday and by Wednesday the second one was mouldy. They're not bad, bit squishy and watery.

I tried the fry's steak pies too. I prefer the mushroom ones but they're still good.

baps- eat them both in one go and that solves your mould problem :)

Redwoods stuff is weird. It survives for years and years unopened, but the second you open it, bam.

AHHHHH!! BAM. mouldy. Im almost relieved when I have to throw it out.

Whenever I buy cheese I grate it all up straight away and freeze it, unless I bought it for something specific. Otherwise there is always the heartbreak of throwing out mouldy cheezly.

That is me so exactly I can't begin to tell you. And if there's anything in the food world more gross than Cheezly mould, I'd like to see it.

has anyone actually used any of the parmesan style cheezly block yet?
if so, what did you do with it? i bought some a few weeks ago, because it was there in h&b and i'd never seen/tried it, but i'm not sure now!
thinking i might make ravioli again soon and shave some of it off over the pasta...

Ahhh a vegan novelty purchase!
We all do it. I was going to suggest maybe shaving some onto pasta, or a pizza or maybe have it over a breaded chikin'fillet with some marinara then put some of that over it(chicken parmesan type thing)?
Or maybe jazz up a lasagne, perhaps do a "three cheese" kinda thing if you've got some other cheezes knocking around.
See if you can make a sauce out of it? I read a review on it and apparently its got quite a strong taste to it so it could be interesting.
I normally just get the dairy free parmesan in a shaker :) I use it mostly for when I get takeout pizza without cheese and i just give it a shake over it for a little extra something.

Yep, I used about 1/5 of a block in an Edamame & Pea risotto (roughly based on the lemon & red pepper risotto from
V'con) and it was delicious. I used to use the mozzarella but you'd need about 2/3 of the block to get the taste right, this was much better.

I've used it on pasta, risotto and pizza mixed with Daiya. I like it far better when it's microplaned, not normal grater. The texture is better. I would buy it again.

Just tried the cheezly and tomato pizza, I added some cherry tomatoes a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and some vegan pesto.
It was really lovely, definitely going to buy another again!
