I just ran across this, has anyone seen this?

They have various free youtube videos including stuff from Jillian Michaels and Denise Austin. The also have a 90 day program called BeFit in 90.

Nice! I've been in a bit of a fitness rut recently due to the rising heat, these are just what I needed! I tried the first BeFit in 90 video. :)

I use the Be Fit videos almost every day. (Free Jillian videos! yay) I am awful about putting in an actual dvd to work out, so having these videos instantly available online is awesome. LOVE!

This is great! I just did a couple of Denise Austin's 5 minute fix workouts. Sweetness. My mom and I used to do her everyday program when I was growing up. Love her!

I just started this with Day 1. I haven't exercised in a long time and it's already killing me! it's good though. i worked up a sweat really fast!
