Its so hard not to eat all of it.
I just have accepted ive no self control around it so i eat it all as a meal ...

once you jump the hurdle and make it you'll be glad!!
At first when I made it I was so skeptical. When I started eating it I was like.. I dont like this.. *spoonful*
..yeah I dont like this its weird *spoonful* ... ... ... ... *spoonful* *spoonful* *spoonful* ... okay maybe its not too bad.

-Spanish rice with tons of melted Diaya on top

-Pierogi with a load of fried onions

-Homemade french fries Argentina style (rolled in minced garlic and parsley) + vegan mayo

-Frozen burrito crisped up for five minutes in the toaster with extra Daiya melted on top and a fuckload of hot sauce

-Chopped raw garlic on top of everything

-Chili fries

I made tacos over the weekend with the new Tofurky ground beef style crumbles and refried beans. I used the leftovers to make a giant burrito for dinner tonight with avocado slices, Daiya cheddar, and shredded lettuce. The Tofurky crumbles are really good btw!

Cook sketti. Mix several spoonfuls of hot pasta water with a heaping spoonful of peanut butter. Add a dash of hot chile oil and some soy sauce and a dash of ground ginger if you got it. Toss drained sketti in sauce.

Tonight I had a Tofurky sammich, while I was concocting an elaborate lunch for tomorrow. I made MYSTERY SAUCE. Basically, a raspberry balsamic sauce with caramelized shallots, which I reduced a little, then marinated a bunch of tofu in it, then cooked it. I just nibbled a corner of the tofu while packing up my lunch and OMFG. So happy! Cannot wait for lunch tomorrow! Screw dinner tonight.

I've been making these awesome shakes from VegWeb - pumpkin, banana, cocoa, stevia, and soymilk with a dash of pumpkin-pie spice. Sooo good.

I made some weird little things on Friday night that were inspired by some empanadas my brother made when he got back from Chile. Calzone/pastry combo dough with vegan sausage crumbles, sweet potatoes and spinach with a bunch of spices in the middle. SO delicious. Took a little while to make, so maybe not super fast or whatever, but not my usual style of cooking when cooking for me and my roommate. Oh. and a box of those peanut butter crunch balls from envirokidz or whatever its called. Delicious.

Oh dear. I made a sort of chocolate icing by mixing hot chocolate powder with margerine and ate dollops of it on digestive biscuits. I couldn't finish it as I had made rather a lot and it was very rich. I then went and lay in bed for a couple of hours (couldn't keep my eyes open to read a book, though it was only about 5.30pm). Some sort of sugar crash I think, though I don't remember being hyper. Maybe I got too much sun earlier and the chocolate was a coincidence.

Sobey's sells this brand of frozen onion rings that are vegan, and for a long time after I moved the one near my new house hasn't carried them, but recently started again. I just had a plate and I feel greasy and gross BUT IM STILL HUNGRY WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME.
