Amy's Daiya Mac & Cheese, Kale chips, canned soup, take out, oven chips (with gravy!), Linda McCartney or Fry's sausage rolls, a baguette, crackers & medium cheddar Sheese.

A bowl of cereal or noodles, vitalite, black pepper are my standard can't-be-arsed meal. Having had no-one to cook for this week, it's alarming how many times I've dipped into these two actually.
Complete cheats... Fry's Schnitzels. Fry's anything, actually. Cheesely toasties. Smoked tofu and miso sandwiches. Frozen gyoza. Vegetables seem to disappear right off the menu if I'm feeling lazy.
