sabrina's has several vegan items, but i always get the tofu scramble. it comes with home fries and toast. get the white toast because the other has honey. if you're crazy like me, bring a little earth balance to spread on your bread. they also do some fun, huge salads. it isn't great enough to go out of your way, but sabrina's is a perfect place to take non-veg family members because you can eat too!

I'm going here for brunch tomorrow. I was planning on the tofu scramble but I saw a vegan brunch special on their website called Brand's Bike Ride Vegan Brunch. It's a chive biscuit with some stuff on top. Has anyone had this?

How was your brunch? Sometimes I take my mom to Sabrina's for brunch and I always get the tofu scramble. It's pretty good, but not great.

I thought it was pretty good (had the scramble), but I was SO freaked out by the egg color and texture (it's been a while since I've had both eggs and tofu scramble; my boyfriend was like no, it doesn't resemble eggs but whatever) that I couldn't fully enjoy it. Not a scramble person!
