Let's say starting somewhere between late June and mid August. Anything you've got. I have a BBA in Marketing and Management and tons of experience in customer service (retail) and administrative experience and in lots of fields.

2+ bedroom, small dogs allowed.

that's so exciting, yay! i live in north hampton, which is right near portsmouth. what is your budget like for housing costs? do you want to live right in portsmouth or do you have a car and can commute a little? what sort of jobs would you like?

my yoga teacher is in hampton!

portsmouth is just my dream locale but anywhere in the area is okay - it'll probably be more like living in a berwick cause the prices there are so much better. i used to live in admiralty village in kittery and it was fine but too crowded for me. my mom lives in rochester and i can't be more than about 30 minutes from there. i do have a car.

i have a BBA in marketing and management and 7+ years of customer service and 5 or so years as an adminstrative/executive assistant. i don't care too much what the job is as long as the people there are nice but the dream is leaning towards yoga/health food store/spa/hospitality/tourism/library/education but my main objective for now is MONEY. I'm going to get the kiddo into a school district that has full day kindergarten and then i can work 30ish hours a week, which might make the whole idea tough.

thanks!!

Its a lot easier to look when you're in the area.

I'd like to move to ATL, and our plan if we decide to go is to find a month-to-month rental, move and then look for more permanent housing, jobs etc. Can you do something similar? It sucks not to have a job to move to, for sure, but it means that people are more likely to interview you bc they see you as more serious about the area, and also don't have to pay for you to travel up.

Good luck! I hope you find a great place and a great job soon!

You're moving south? What's wrong with you? ;) I have a high school friend who is moving to ATL too - she's in love with all the beautiful $100K houses.

I don't know. Sigh.

I found a great rental but the owners are doing missionary work in South Africa but if I send them the $700 deposit they'll send me the keys :P

Tenant must keep our house clean including the surrounding, tenant must know the way to use the stove as to avoid fire outbreak, tenant must not disturb the Neighbour.
