NJ/PA/NY animal lovers, I need you! Today we found a kitten that will absolutely need a loving foster home. It's very young, I'd say 6 weeks and it will likely lose one of its eyes. I can cover the cost of its food, and medical expenses but I cannot keep it. I'm posting a photo. This is not for the squeamish. Please contact me at 908-381-5831 if you can help.

I'm too far away, but I can chip in on medical stuff. Poor kitty. Any idea about what happened to his/her eye?

I can chip in on vet stuff, too. Poor thing needs to get to a vet stat, because that eye looks incredibly painful. I would get in touch with cat rescues in your area and see if they can help. If nothing else, they can refer you to a vet who can do the work. Poor baby-kitten.
