I might make sausages. Or waffles, if I can figure out a way to keep them warm or reheat them.

If do you do make the waffles, maybe they can be reheated in my toaster?

I am pretty sure that I am going to make jalapeno cornbread poppers and some type of sweet item. I am also thinking of doing some sort of potato dish.

My plan for now is mini quiches and cinnamon rolls. That may change in the next day, we'll see!

I'm going to be in Oak Park this summer for an internship! I hope you guys do a meetup, because I don't know anyone there. Is anyone going to the veggie pride event on June 2nd? I have no idea what it's all about, but I figured it's as good a place as any to meet new friends.

I am up for a meet-up in June. I will be back into town on June 6th, so anytime after that would work out! Maybe we can do a restaurant meet-up. We haven't done one of those in awhile!

It's already Sunday as I post this but I'm in for a meet up! Ice cream or restaurant meet up both sound good. Maybe a restaurant that also serves ice cream? I saw a write up in Time Out Chicago yesterday that talked about a bar that serves soft serve Jameson ice cream. It wasn't vegan but I was wondring if I could veganise something like that (I LOVE to make ice cream)...
