i ate a huge amount of cabbage and have a massive headache. am waiting for the green light on a massive translation and just sent a massive amount of emails and still have dozens to send. am hoping that every time i say massive bill gates will donate a nickel to my beer fund. having a rather mediocre beer and wondering whether i should: a) turn off the computer and go to bed now, and get up to run before work tomorrow b) write the damn emails and then go to bed (two hours min) c) drink the extra bottle of wine i know is in the cupboard, and skype my friend in boston. then i will wake up with a headache too d) start the translation even though it hasn't been greenlighted yet. LAME! We can cross that one off.
I am suspiciously buzzed for one shitty beer.
(NB: yes, cabbage + crappy beer = tomorrow I will be capable of powering a taxicab.)

My head hurts so much, and I'm hoping it's from eating too much, being hot, and straining my neck from exercising and not from chemicals in my building. Also, Lion King is on ABCfam

Seriously? Nemo is on some channel here. Mr Torque is watching Close Encounters, never seen it before. I am tempted to scare the crepe out of him but the movie is so forking slow and every time i look at the screen i find something twee to squee over (the guy from Jaws! She looks like Phoebe! Look at the old coke cans!)
I decided to drink the wine AND send the emails. My typos are getting more frequent and more amusing. My headache is somewhat diminished. I am so forked for tomorrow.

just ate some pasta and planing to be asleep by 10:30
sigh, there is so little difference in my schedule on the weekends that friday nights don't really differ from tuesday nights or wednesday nights etc.
SOME DAY I WILL NOT HAVE TO WAKE UP AT 6AM AND ON THAT DAY I WILL PARTY HARD.

Solipsistnation & the Emperor are cooking dinner in the kitchen and I'm sitting on the couch in the dark, attempting to will the Magician to take a nap with the power of my miiiiiiiiiiiind. If it works, I think I might drink a glass of wine despite having a sore throat. WOOOOO.

Now I'm drinking tea, eating tings, and sewing new buttons on a cardigan. I just don't know what to do with myself sometimes.

Starrynight, I'm stalking the ppk, reading fanfic and watching online friends live-narrate a netflix episode of the walking dead that I have not seen and won't see until I catch up on other shows. (ah, supernatural. *coughs*). So, really, I have no idea what to do with myself either

I'm waiting for my kid to go to bed so I can go for a run by myself. If that's not wild/crazy, I don't know what is!

I'm sitting on my asparagus in a hotel room, contemplating walking to a restaurant for dinner. I'm not hungry but I'm running in the morning so I really oughtta fuel for that, huh? After that my wild 'n' crazy night will be getting as much PPKing out of my $15 hotel wifi as I can, then going to bed early.

This is my life (except the days I have to get up at 4am). It's over rated, but I have cute toes.

I attempted to up the wild 'n' craziness factor by eating my dinner with the chopsticks provided. I gave up after 15 minutes when I hadn't consumed enough food to keep a gnat alive.

Sitting in with Mr8, watching conspiracy theory DVDs. I really want to go out but it's the wrong side of pay day and I'm not good at going out on my own, chancing that I'll meet someone I know.

what a wild night! just got home to a quiet house and can't decide. should i barf or drink? (i have nervous stomach from all the forking shiitake i am trying to pull together) nobody is home from work yet and i think i might just lay still and try to breathe deeply. i know when they get home they'll yell at me though for "not doing anything". how can i be 30something and have the same forking interactions with my own family that i had as a teenager with my father? that drink is sounding better and better. (my stomach is sending protest burbles. maybe better not.)

i tried to lay still and the forking cockatiel kept trying to eat my lips. i'd press my mouth shut, then he bit my nose ring. I open my mouth to yell, and the little mustard gets inside. he likes to bite the INSIDES of my lips. I swear, this bird......

Lazing around in my underwear trying to beat my internet connection into submission so I can chill out for a while before I get started with the evening cupcake operation.

Writin' PHP, drinkin' wine. I'm trying to finish up the final project for the class I'm taking but all that's left is the really boring fiddly crepe and I am having such a hard time making myself do it. (Wine: not helpful.)

The GF and I were gonna go to the first night of the Rose Festival (it's free! and has carnival rides!!) but it started making thunder noises outside and big scary black clouds are attacking the sky.
So she's watching Grey's Anatomy (first season - RETRO), and i'm playing StarTopia and getting stuck in this one level so the PPK is positively distracting me. BOOM.
