Hi, this may already be answered in one of the posts but I can't find it. Can someone please tell me if I can make any of the cupcakes from VCTOTW in advance and still have it turn out as good as freshly made ones? I mean like days in advance. My friends who are omnis make their cupcakes in advance and freeze them without frosting and then put it in the fridge the night before to thaw out and frost them right before serving. Does this work for vegan cupcakes too? Any advice, tips? Looking at making the pineapple cupcakes and the lemon cupcakes for my daughter's summer birthday party this weekend and need to make 36 cupckaes. HELP!!! Thanks!! :)

Absolutely, if you are planning to freeze them. You can thaw them on the counter, too - faster.
