I'm newly obsessed, and need to know where I can get some Korean food. I've been to Biwa and thought the bibimbap was good, but I want to try other things! And for less money! My searches are yielding few results. Anyone know of any good spots?

It is sooooo good. I go there anytime I can stay up late enough. Sorry, I know this was not helpful in the Portland forum. But I couldn't resist.

I thought Yogio closed? If not I'll give it a shot, I just thought I saw that for some reason?
Now I want to go to Seattle

This place is outside of Olympia and is pretty vegan friendly.

Hi Jdfunks,
Someone asked on twitter about Koi Fusion's kimchi and they are not vegan.
I found a Vegan Kimchi vendor at Portland Farmers Market. I forgot their name, but they are the only Kimchi vendor there. I asked if their kimchis are vegan and they said yes. :D.

If you're thinking of the same kimchi vendor I am, you have to be sure you get the right jar of kimchi--they make a vegan version and a fish sauce version of at least their spicy cabbage.

Pastabake,
Oooh good to know. It might be because I tried the Daikon one. I will double check before I buy one next time.
