I'm going to be spending a lot of time this coming year in St. Johns. I've been to Proper Eats, and I've seen a little bookshop, a second-hand shop with friendly resident puppies, and the gorgeous bridge. What else do you all like up there?

The Grocery Outlet and a few vintage stores by Proper Eats (on Lombard right before PE).

I live in St. Johns, and it's definitely no Mississippi or Division, but there's lots of great stuff going on! HELD Vegan Belts (Micah's still battling cancer so the hours aren't super consistent, but it's awesome anyway), Anna Bannanas coffee shop has vegan muffins and scones and hemp/soy/rice milk, vegan frito pie and a few other things at the Fixin' To, and Girasole pizza has Daiya. There's also the Saturday Farmer's Market, Catherdral Park Jazz Festival, NoFest, and lots of other events going on all the time :)

The Parlour is an all vegan hair salon and tattoo shop. They're fantastic!
