There are many, many, many vegan blogs and cookbooks out there but it can be tough to pick out good, science-based health information from woo, magical thinking, and just plain nonsense. So, this is the thread in which we suggest sources for new vegans, old vegans, and anyone else to find answers to their questions about health and nutrition.

http://www.theveganrd.com/ - This is Ginny Messina's site. She's a registered dietitian and provides a ton of fact based, reasonable advice.
Her co-author Jack Norris is also an RD -

Their book,
Vegan for Life is well worth a read. It's dense but readable and will answer many of your pressing questions about health and diet.
