I haven't noticed a breakfast thread yet, so I decided to start one. So, what'd you have for breakfast today?
I had blackberry soygurt, pumpernickel toast with EB, and a cup o' coffee. Post a pic if you can. :)

I had avocado with red onion and nootch on toast. It was good.
I need a high protein/lower simple carb staple. I used to have quinoa for a while, but I am a bit tired of it.

The same thing I have (almost) every morning - my own version of this http://holycrap.ca/ cereal: Chia seeds, hemp seeds (equal parts) with enough pumpkin seeds and raisins to make it look like more cereal and a generous bit of cinnamon and almond milk to get it all goopy.

Good timing on this thread. I pretty much consistently eat two slices of bread with peanut butter for breakfast, but today made a breakfast burrito filled with a tofu scramble with red onions and red pepper, drizzled with sriracha.

I had one of my regulars: homemade cereal with oats, bran, ground nuts and ground flax. I add a few tablespoons of this mix to a bowl of milk, dump in some raisins, nuke it in the microwave for 2 min and leave it on the counter to thicken and cool for a minute. Really nice, easy and filling porridge.

Oatmeal + raisins + ground flax + blackstrap molasses + PEANUT BUTTER, with a glass of soymilk and probably an apple.

Barbara's gluten free brown rice cereal with soy milk and blueberries. Yesterday I had a banana, I'm kind of bad at breakfast. I eat something every day but it always changes. Sometimes it's cold oatmeal or smoothies. Sometimes it's a vega bar. I tried to make my own breakfast bars but they never set up and I was left with granola. I would love to eat tofu scramble for breakfast daily, but I don't have enough time in the morning to make it. And I hate it reheated from leftovers!

Toasted g-f English muffin with raspberry jam, and a cup of coffee. Lunch will probably be tea and another toasted muffin with jam or EB, because I freaking love toast.

Some chopped up apple, strawberries and blueberries with coconut yogurt, almond butter, apple butter and some cereal for a bit of crunch.

I always have a packet of instant oatmeal at my desk around 930am. Ugh, so boring. Pretty healthy (I have a brand that is low sugar, flax, chia etc). But hella boring. I wish i could make a smoothie here at work.
I need new ideas for breakfast. Eating at work. Want to stay under 150ish calories, would like some protein. I do have a toaster at work. Maybe toast and hummus/tomato? Peanut butter?
I am going to the store today, any ideas PPK?
