Oatmeal with fresh strawberries and banana, a cup of tea. One of the staples, basically. Keeps me running the whole day.

toasted sesame bagel with EB and apricot jam and a coffee

this morning was banana-peanut butter-blackstrap molasses- cinnamon- oatmeal :)

Toast with vegemite and chopped up tomatoes. It really is a great combo, as the saltiness of the vegemite contrasts with the sweet, freshness of the tomatoes. Yum.

Vanilla coconut yogurt with fresh raspberries and hemp seeds. I'm still hungry though, so maybe also an english muffin with almond or peanut butter and banana on top. And more hemp seeds.

scrambled tofu on a slice of white buttered toast and museli with vanilla pouring yogurt plus extra seeds.

brown rice pudding (brown rice, chia powder, rice milk with cinnamon and raisins).

I changed it up finally!

Yesterday went to the store and bought some of those whole-wheat bagel thins. Right now eating a toasted one with a teaspoon of peanut butter. Yum.

Tomorrow i will do the same, but with hummus and some fresh tomatos from my garden I noticed were ripe this morning.

Coffee with soy creamer, a huge green juice, and a couple teaspoons of spirulina.

An attempt at iced coffee but it didn't work. Nothing else. It's too hot to cook.

An ice cold green smoothy: kale, frozen honey dew mellon, 3/4 of a lime, pea protein, flax, water, and ice.

I had coffee, leftover rice and beans, and yogurt again.

Maybe make it the night before and put it in your fridge? That way it won't get all watered down and stuff. I like to put soy creamer in mine. I tried stevia for awhile, but I really prefer sugar.

that sounds awesome! my sister's in Oz right now and asked what she can bring back as a gift. i told her vegemite because marmite doesn't cut it for me. totally trying some on toast with tomatoes when she gets back. mmm!

Very lightly sweetened chocolate rice pudding with fresh raspberries mashed in.

This morning I had a leftover scone and a whole mess of frozen fruit with soy yogurt and flax.

A banana and some iced tea from Starbucks.

I wasn't having any problems like that. I was using a pre-mix and added expired soy creamer to it. It looked like I had semen in my coffee.

Fronch Toast (made with Jewish Rye bread...surprisingly good), Grapefruit, Fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. Its a good morning.

Edit: Semen coffee without the penis to go with is is a total rip off.

I had an English muffin with EB, and [non-semen-containing] coffee. GraciaKai, the muffins are FFL brand. . . I like them, but they're a bit more dense than regular English muffins.
