I made the Spicy Blue Potato and Corn Salad. Can I freeze it? My family isn't eating it because it's too spicy for them and I don't want to eat it for the next week.

I don't like frozen and defrosted potatoes - they get mushy and mealy.

Have been meaning to post that I think the Cashew Miso Mayo is awesome! Was thinking about doubling the recipe so there's more to blend in the Vitamix. Does anyone know how long it will keep?

Tofu Pup definitely don't freeze the potatoes..they get too moisturized and loose the taste
