Has anyone found this at their local WF yet? It's supposed to be in several stores in South Bay but I haven't spotted it. Anyone who has tried it, thoughts?

It's just in the prepared foods sections in a couple of chicken salad type things as far as I know. I think it's in every WF in SF now as well as the Berkeley and Oakland Whole Foods. It's way too expensive but pretty tasty. Still, it had a bit of that squeaky feeling when biting into it that I'm now accustomed to with vegan chicken pieces.

So I cruised by prepared foods again and they actually had plain stuff at my local wf! It's $10/lb though so I will only be trying it once.

Oh, wow, it's out? That's annoyingly expensive though, especially since they said low price was one of their chief goals.

Yeah, what the heck is that price point?! I was so excited when I read about how they were shooting for something inexpensive and accessible, but this... this is not at ALL inexpensive. Yikes.
