Hello,

I have two questions.

Question the First: Why are image tags not allowed in forum signatures? Just wonderin'.

Question the Second: Would you consider adding a "make up, nail polish, etc" subforum in The Mall? 10 of the topics on the first page of Products In General are about make up, nail polish, make up companies or nail polish companies. I think that kind of warrants a forum to itself and would make the "in general" part a bit more accurate. Perhaps the PPK House could expand to include a beauty parlour?

You should probably just get with the program and be assimilated into the nail polish thread. It happens to everyone eventually. Why delay the inevitable?

Have you SEEN forums where image tags are allowed in signatures? They're really annoying.

Yeah, images in signatures are freaking awful. It's like every thread turns into an animated .gif thread. We never had an issue with it until one person discovered the could use img tags, then they put four animated .gifs.

I like the idea of the cosmetic subforum.

That's fair. Another forum I go on more or less had an intervention and it ended up that there was a strict size limit. Basically, people could have a little banner advertising their blogs (like those image RSS things, which is what I was trying to add when I discovered this). But "really annoying" is a pretty good reason.

I like the idea of the video game subforum.

Why don't we make a cosmetics and video games forum and people can argue about whether one party got video games in their cosmetics or the other got cosmetics into their video games, but in the end we discover that these two great tastes, they taste great together, and then we all grow as people.

I think that is brilliant. Brian and lavawitch can shoot eachother with Chanel 5 or something, in a final battle of mod death.

I now want video games about cosmetics. People who misspell "rogue" as "rouge" would finally have a forum just for them!

I am reminded of back in the olden days of Usenet, when somebody created alt.industrial without actually specifying what it was for and a group of robotic manufacturing enthusiasts and a group of noisy drum machine enthusiasts co-existed for several years before somebody finally went and created rec.music.industrial and the music dudes migrated...

My keyboard and mouse, that I play games with, are covered in makeup. That's what happens when you do everything in one spot.

And they take FOREVER and a day to load.

I'm going to add a question of my own: did the font of the boards change? All the pages look slightly different.

I like this idea. Granted I'd spam it with random video games nobody has ever heard of and try to find more than one person who will play my MUD I made that's pretty awful. (I actually got an e-mail telling me my noob MUD in Python has a bug after they played for 2 hours......................it's the first program I wrote.)

They do make games about makeup. Facebook things since I'm female I must want to play them..

Bring it.
