I'm really proud of this (and it was really delicious!!):  It's the Tofu Benedict recipe from Vegan Brunch with butternut squash & roasted garlic in the hollandaise, and baked tempeh diner patties from American Vegan Kitchen instead of tofu. Marsala Stuffed Mushrooms with Sun-dried Tomatoes & Teese
