I am currently eating store brand Wheat Thins dipped into a mixture of peanut butter and strawberry jam and calling it breakfast. If only my mom could see me now!

Nachos. Chips with salsa and guacamole, topped with red pepper, cilantro, and kidney beans. I would've killed for some daiya and olives too though.

Instead I'm having a mish mash of all the raw veggies in my fridge covered in a "dressing" of Veganaise and pickle juice. Yes really. Oh, and a side of beer.

I'm eating custard that is so thick I can take bites out of it (in hindsight this is too thick) and earlier had a small bowl of cereal. Yay nutritious dinner!
I did have sausage sandwiches on brown bread, a baked bean burger, fruit puree, two onion bagels and lots of watermelon earlier in the day, so I'm getting protein and fruit as well as starch, but I think I need to buy some vegetables tomorrow.
EDIT: I just realised what some of you will read that as. The custard is NOT a filter. It is Bird's custard powder made up with soya milk and sugar. No special male fluids involved.

A baked potato and strips of chicken-style seitan smothered in navy bean & sage gravy. I ate this in a bowl with a spoon, because it's better that way. The seitan loaf was made yesterday, so all I had to do was bake the potatoes and whip up the gravy.

Raw cabbage and spinach, with black sesame seeds, raw cashews and a thrown-together sesame vinaigrette. Before that it was leftover brunch pizza from Sizzle Pie, I thought I should eat something healthy.

I've been doing a lot of baked potato/baked sweet potato with kale or broccoli for dinner lately. No thinking involved

My hodgepodge bachelorette dinner consisted of a toasted g-f English muffin with EB; a ridiculous amount of pickled okra; and some cashew/pomegranate trailmix.

My dinner tonight was a breakfast bowl: tofu scramble with diced leftover baked potato, Daiya cheddar, and bac'un bits. I used a tiny pie tin to reheat the taters and melt the cheese in the oven, then dumped that over the tofu scramble and sprinkled bac'un bits on top. It wasn't pretty but it sure tasted good.

That sounds awesome, bunniee!
I had microwavable basmati rice topped with tofu "egg" salad. It was kind of weird, but also really tasty and satisfied my craving for bland/starchy food.

The last few days I've been eating the same meal for dinner: a giant burrito stuffed with rice, refried beans, corn chips, salsa, and avocado slices.
