After reading a really sickening article in the local Marina Times newsblog/paper/whatever, I submitted it to BikeSnob's blog, and he wrote it up today! The post is actually really great and talks about the disproportionality of how society perceives bicyclists as a threat vs. cars.

That said, it is still not a crime to kill someone with your car door in NYC.

But of course because there were 754 bike/car accidents in NYC, there is a push to regulate bikers more.
