I seem to over do it on certain foods and develop sensitivities to them. Soy and oats are the current culprits of my headaches. Has anyone made their own energy bars (granola bars) without oats? It is getting too expensive to continue buying Larabars for a mid-morning snack. Any suggestions?
There are recipes all over the internet for homemade larabars (google it). If you have the time, you could try saving some money by making them yourself.

Hmm. Every week I say to myself that I will not buy more Larabars because they are so expensive. I will make them and then I don't. I buy them or I starve at work. Problem is I don't have a food processor. Those cinnamon quill bars look amazing!
