that was one AMAZING episode.

what is up with Cici? she's up to something. And whoa, Ezra's family sure are crazy. are they going to break up now, because of the Maggie thing? will Maggie show up????? I am so happy Caleb did what he did. he's such a good guy.

I did not catch if Maggie had the baby or not...if she did will she show up in town with it?

I'm trying to catch up, just watching ep 4, Caleb and Hannah - nooooooo. Why didn't she just tell him, agh!

Also "I'm/We're done" is the most overused phrase on tv right now.

I watched up to ep 8, my thoughts:

Spencer: "Every time you baby-squirrel Ezra, you're taking away his nuts" HA!

Why the fork wouldn't Hannah and Aria show that ouija board thingo and note to the cops? Oh wait, because that would make sense! ;)
Ella’s online dating is such a filler plot line
Spencer abandoning her car to drive Jason home, not her best idea
That kids’ ward was extra creepy, that town needs to burn all those dolls

Ooh now Toby is mad with Spence, these girls need to start talking to their bfs
Yay, Caleb is back.
How many things did Emily do that night that she was drugged? So far we know she was at the grave, with Jenna, Holden and Paige.

Finally watched ep 9:

Aria: “Why are you not all Go-Go-Gadget about this?”
I really liked Aria and Spencer hanging out and looking at clothes and laughing about Spencer’s grandma paying her to shave her dad’s sideburns – they looked so happy
The game of truth at the party was amusing
Caleb and Hannah – YES!
The Maggie thing is interesting, “took care of it” makes it sounds like the mother forced her into an abortion or at least adoption, but I bet she shows up with the kid.

So I accidentally saw all sorts of spoilers somewhere and now I know who the second A is already. Fortunately, the show has changed stuff around so it'll still be interesting and different from the books. However, I learned that they're currently on the 12th PLL book (with more expected) and a third A. Wth?

I am obsessed with this ridiculous show. I just finished season 2, is there any way for me to catch up with season 3 online or am I just SOL? (Sorry if this has already been covered, I don't want to read the whole thread in case of season 3 spoilers.)

Oh definitely! Stories are never supposed to void conflict, and this has major drama potential.

I never found Noel hot before, so why is he suddenly the hottest guy on the show? Bad boy?

I swear he only makes two distinct faces throughout the entire show. Smile that makes him look creepy no matter what, and angry brooding.

Maybe that's why I like him.

I kinda sorta really love Aria's mom being with the younger guy. Mainly because he's cute. Yay show!

What if Ezra's love child causes Aria and Fitz to breakup and Aria gets pushed into her mother's boyfriend's loving arms? I can so see that. I love that almost as much as I love the idea of Era making lots of cash being a sex worker.

Oh and what the hell is up with Emily making out with that guy? Did she forget that she's a lesbian? They made it pretty clear in the first episode that she's not bi.

I know there has been talk about how strange the names on this show are... while I know people with all these names. I will say that I have never known a guy named Noel.

I've got a friend called Joel who we call Noel... but I'm not sure why that started ;)

I would hate fork Noel.

I get that they're trying to pace the show, but I don't care about Holly Marie Combs and all of the dudes she's dating! Or Laura Leighton, unless she is going to blackmail her sister's ex-husband into marrying her, like the good old days. Having to watch Ezra and Aria is punishment enough. Also yes his baby mama is going to appear with a baby! I think they were trying to imply that his mom paid her to have an abortion, not just go away, but of course she had the baby. Of course.

Also either Wren is fishy or they are trying to make him look fishy. I just get this 'we shouldn't trust Wren so of course the girls are going to start trusting him more' vibe. Because the girls are dumb. Hannah is especially dumb. Also, if Ian was a perv for sneaking around with Ally, why isn't Wren a perv for clearly preferring young girls?

And where the fork is Melissa?! I miss her. I want to see her crazy, lying asparagus.

The best part of this episode was Spencer's eyebrow raise at seeing Noel in a towel.

To reassure myself that I wasn't being gross, I found out that the actor who plays Noel is 26. And my reward for googlery was this:

He looks so sweet there! Good actor. I'm down with either version of him

wren is just as gross as ian and ezra!! he was making out with spencer when she was, what, 15? and now he's trying to get into hannah's pants? this show is full of gross dudes!

I was thinking that when watching Wren with Hanah - I was like "dude she is in high school - you are a doctor....gross". Also why couldn't Hanah go to the ER? She could have made up an excuse...

I am not a fan of watching Holly M Combs/Aria's mom act. I find it painful.

Holly cannot act out this role at all. She was much better on Charmed, so I guess this just isn't the part for her. Her horrible acting has been bugging me since the beginning. Also, Shea's (Emily) acting is TERRIBLE and I can't stand it. Toby's acting is maybe the worst. Spencer is AMAZING though and she makes up for everyone's acting.

I think the girl who plays Paige is pretty good on the show. I felt sooooooo bad for her in the last episode.

I think that she is such a good actor that she makes Shea's acting better. She's (Shea) very convincing when it comes to the chemistry between them. Leany kisses!

Oh, speaking of Paige: At the start of the episode I was thinking, "Yeah so...this is the girl who tried to drown Emily in the pool. Where'd her rage issues go?" And then BOOM. Thanks writers!

While I like Paige and Emily together, I can't help thinking "How would I feel about a woman being with a man who tried to drown her and who took advantage of her while she was clearly out of it?" But then again, every relationship on this show is pretty much screwed up. TV has the advantage of making you like screwed up relationships that you would be against in real life.
