I made the chocolate cupcake recipe from VCTOTW and then I cut little holes in the center which I filled with Penzeys Raspberry Enlightenment (http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penzeys/ ... nment.html). You could probably thin down raspberry jam and simmer it with a bit of cinnamon and a dash of black pepper (I am pretty sure that's all the "spices" that are in it).

Your ganache is so beautiful and thick! I always accidentally make mine a little too thin and it won't set up like yours did on the chocolate raspberry. They're gorgeous!
