This thread makes me insanely baby crazy but I just wanted to say that I didn't know DTBK was pregnant and that is amazing news. I am going to catch up on this stuff when I get home. (not like I can do anything else in the heat because thinking is difficult for me like that.)

Ivy Mathilda was born on August 14, at 4:18 PM: 7 lbs. 15 oz., 21 inches, 100% snugglebug.  I'll write up Ivy's whole birth story soon. The incredibly short version: We had a great home birth—and then the placenta didn't come out. Ivy was (and is) perfect and healthy in every way, but I ended up staying a couple nights in the hospital. I came home yesterday, and I'm feeling pretty well, all things considered. Ivy is an amazing, wonderful baby, and I can't stop kissing her.

Congrats Noelle! I'm so happy for you! Glad you're feeling well despite having to go to the hospital. Ivy is almost the exact same size Scarlett was, so I can picture what a cute little bundle she is!

So many gorgeous new babies lately! Congrats to all the new/newly expanded families! : )
So after reading pretty much every post in the playground for nearly two years, I finally feel like I actually belong here! After a loss at 12 weeks last year I've been super hesitant to get excited/share news but at 22 weeks I'm pretty sure this baby is actually happening. I'm due right before Christmas, it's sure going to be an interesting holiday season!
