I've been piling on pounds since I became a vegan as I eat too much processed stuff so I now tried out an alternative for ice cream. It's just banana that has gone through a blender, some added vanilla extract and a handful of walnuts. A brilliant dessert!

Omg I could make maple walnut banana soft serve! Omg. I don't think of it till you put walnuts in! I feel silly for this. Thankyou for the idea!
