I love how they talk about the tomato salmonella scare and the spinach e coli scare as a reason NOT to eat vegetables . . . when we all know that that is traced to factory farming.

Yes. I ate vegetables when I was pregnant. That's why I'm now the proud mother of a turnip, a head of romaine, and cauliflower. It's a "scientific fact."

I like the phrasing there - 'Limit dairy (1/2 servings/day)' - that's certainly different from the phrasing used by some other sources...
