*bump* I made these last night and they are so, so, so good! I love the grapefruit-scented sugar idea and now I know how to do that I will definitely be trying it with other citrus fruit! I'm thinking I might try these again with orange and spices. Thanks so much for sharing. Seriously, everyone make these!

I just made those and they were friggen awesome! I made a few subs based on what I had in my pantry- coconut oil, coconut sugar, and for the flour- 1/2 spelt and 1/2 rice. Deee-licious! Thank for posting this!

Thank for posting this! I just bought coconut oil for the first time a couple weeks ago, to use in a cake recipe I'm testing. I'm in love. Will definitely be using it more often. :) I'm so happy you liked the scones!
