Kind of an odd workout but I went to the gym to meet with the trainer, I did some treadmill prior, then we did some warm ups, stretching and then we did some demo exercises.. Then I went home to do something, ate, went back to the gym, did 10 minutes on the arc trainer then did a leg weight routine then did 5 minutes on the arc trainer.

Today is supposed to be a salsa class.

Today was a really tough workout.
30kg cable Russian twists, 2 x 30 seconds on each side. 2 minutes of medicine ball mountain climbers.
Four sets of eight reps of each of the following: Split squats with two 15kg dumbbells. Shoulder rows with 15kg dumbbells. 40kg Romanian deadlifts. 8kg dumbbell chest presses.
Five 250m rows.

Forgot to update yesterdays working, 1 hour of Zumba, 20 minutes of weight training (upper body)
This morning I did an hour of weight training (legs and shoulders)
Tomorrow is my up in the air day. No cardio classes I care to take at the gym, I can't do weights because my PT doesn't want me to do them the day before we meet so I have to either do cardio on my own (boo) or figure something out.
Oh and it is kind of creepy but I think a guy was hitting on me this morning in the gym.
