Adah, I agree. So many people love him now, but I just can't do it. I think that slip of his private life speaks louder than his public portrayal.

did noone watch the video? this threads supposed to be about how awesome these ads are! and he called his daughter a pig, thats not even a cussword! from what we the public know, things never got physical, she wasnt that young, and she appears to have forgiven him. I personally dont think its a big deal. I'm sure hes apologized and hopefully has learned to check himself before he gets like that. I dont know what kind of magical rainbow parents you guys had, but mine had screaming tempers way worse than his voicemail. Either way, I like that he is publicly supporting gay marriage. And that he wants to marry JTF.

I'm very familiar with the voicemail and while I think its pretty bad, I dont find it unforgivable. If thats the worst thing he does as a parent, then his daughter is lucky. If he is like that all the time, well I guess we dont know. It probably would suck. But that doesnt make his video not hilarious.

As far as what he did being indefensible, he agrees. And that's why he apologized. Families argue and say forked up shiitake to each other, if I can forgive my mom, I can forgive Lixy. That's my petname for him.
