Made two birthday cakes for an order this last week. Vanilla Bean Cake:  Almond Rosewater Cake:  German Chocolate Cupcakes:  Almond Rosewater Cupcakes:  Cookies and Cream Cupcakes:  Green Tea Almond Cupcakes:  Black and White Turtle Cake:  Whoopie Pies:  Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches:  Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies before cutting:  Chai Spiced Caramel Pear Pie:

PB dessert posts are officially the highlight of my week!
I love how you made a rose the whole top of the almond rosewater cupcakes. But I am a sucker for green tea desserts, so it's the green tea almond cupcakes that are most stealing my heart this week.

Ooooh, confession time! Those roses are just swirls done with a large star tip (I use a 1M tip), starting in the middle and swirling outward. Fast and easy! And the rosettes on the big cake are done with a small star the same way (an 18 I think? or I may have used a 16)

The green tea cupcakes are also 1M, but piped from the outside in (and up)! I'll video it next time I do it!
