I had a crazy idea for a dessert, but I'm afraid it's waaaaay too over the top to actually make. A layer of chocolate chip cookie, topped with Oreos (double stuffed?), topped with peanut butter swirled brownies, all baked in a pan and cut into squares. Would you eat it?

I would eat it, but mostly out of morbid curiousity.

I'd eat it if it was cut in really small squares.

I probs couldn't eat a very big serving, but I'd enjoy the hell out of a small piece.

Yes, but with some modifications. I think if you baked the cookies inside the brownies or batter that would be much better. A brownie sitting on two layers of cookies doesn't sound appealing, but cookies stuffed inside a brownie?? Has that even been done before? Also, rather than peanut butter I'd use whole or smashed nuts instead to cut the sweet and up the nutrients. And I feel the peanut butter might just might tip the scale from "delicious" to "there is WAY too much going on here". And whole regular old nuts (and seeds!) seem to work well in pretty much anything anyone could possibly think of eating.

I would worry that the PB would overwhelm or clash with the other elements so if I were making it I would leave out the PB. But if it were offered to me as is, I'd totally eat it.

Yes, but I think it would be a novelty thing to eat. Kind of like the crazy deep fried desserts at the state fair. I think it would need to be marketed appropriately at the POS (point of sale). Something to make people say to themselves "holy shiitake, Chocolate Chip Oreo Peanut Butter Brownie Bars, I have GOT to try that!". Good sinage etc.
I know you sell to stores to sell to customers right? I think it would need to be marketed to them in a certain way so they don't get scared off. Get them excited about the over-the-top-ness of it.
And I would toats eat that. And I don't even have much of a sweet tooth!

I would eat a small square of it. And then probably ask for another. And then another to "give to my boyfriend"...

I'm in the "I'd eat a small piece" boat. I think I would like it more if the brownies were plain chocolate brownies rather than PB-swirl. I'm not averse to PB in the slightest, but there are already so many different textures in the dessert, that having the flavor variation from the PB would take it from being almost overwhelming to just plain overwhelming. But that's just my two cents. . .

I am thinking I wouldn't like the oreos with the peanut butter. I think it is intriguing but I don't think I would purchase a bar. I would enjoy an oreo brownie with a frosting and sprinkles more.

I like this idea, but to kinda think through some of the other suggestions I offer the following proposition: What if you encased a dozen oreoes in chocolate chip cookie dough and baked them, and then made a pan (say 13x9) of brownie batter, either with or without pb, nuts, etc. and put the cookies in even rows in the brownie batter. Then you could cut it into 12 squares, each brownie having a cookie in the center?

I would eat it with a big scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
I heartily approve of this bar, and hope you one day make a mocha chip variant. Or a mint and chocolate one.
Really I just want to marry you and have access to your yummies.

I'd eat it if I wasn't allergic to peanuts. But I think PB blondies would work better, otherwise the chocolate would overwhelm.
