I need your best donut recipe! I tried subbing out stuff in the recipe on gluten-free goddess (i think) blog and even though I used flours with similar weight, it didn't work and they exploded in my pan. I have a Babycakes donut maker too. What's your fave tried and true? I don't have many crazy flours or money to get some, but do have a gluten free chocolate cake mix and tapioca, potato starches as well as teff, brown rice, oat, and sorghum flours.

Thanks!

The are baked cake-style minis but I've made them a couple times and they're really good. Looks like you have most of the flours she uses.

Dearess those look mmmm good. Too bad I wasted all of my flours on failed cinnamon rolls or else, I would be in trouble! So good.

Here's my input: http://wp.me/p1BjcP-3d

I do them mini, but they can be full sized. This recipe never fails for me. :)
