I was wondering if anyone had a handy damage repairing hair mask/treatment method that didn't include egg? For some reason beauty DIY sites love their chicken ovum.
After the bleach, beach, and various other neglects my hair needs some help beyond eating veggies and drinking fluids.

Do you live near a Lush? I love their Jasmine Henna Fluff-eaze.

avocado and banana is a good combo, or either one by itself. also coconut oil or olive oil. you can do all sorts of combos like that.

For bleached/color treated hair, I think you would be better off using a commercial protein treatment. Ion's Effective Care Treatment is vegan, and a 1 oz packet is under $2.
Coconut oil may also protect your hair from further damage when used as a pre-wash treatment.

I use coconut oil as a leave in treatment or aragan oil. Olive oil also work wonders and ripe avocado!

if it's really bad, consider a haircut - i've had my hair fall off in shreds after too much bleach. it was horrible.
