Galactic Pizza (eco-pizza served by superheroes. good vegan cheese and faux meats, lovely tiki patio tables).
Rainbow Chinese (not vegan or even vegetarian, but super tasty and they will make many things vegan)
Jasmine Deli
the Wedge Food co-op (not a restaurant, but has a great deli and soft serve ice cream)
Ecopolitan (all raw)

Birchwood Café (not all veg, but has stellar vegan options and bright retro feel. Great lemonade and outdoor seating)

I loooove Jasmine 26! I used to go to Jasmine Deli when it was just a tiny little place with no customers, I was so happy to see how successful they've become.

Oh...I wish you hadn't told me that! I've been craving donuts like mad lately and I can't wait to go to MSP to go to this place. Funny because last night, my rabbi was telling me how they now have hummus-filled donuts in Israel (which sounds kind of interesting and gross at the same time.)

Yes we will! It's going to be great. I'm the vegan donut baker dor DoCo, though our main baker has been doing all of the special orders for the last couple of months. I cannot wait until we open (hopefully sometime very soon). Have you had our vegan donuts? You should check us out when we do our thang at Trash Film Debauchery at the Turf Club on Monday nights, if you haven't already. :) Good to know people are talking about us.

I haven't been able to make it out to trash film debauchery yet, but a tomato/basil donut sounds intriguing/phenomenal!

Also, be sure to checkout the vegan options at Namaste Cafe. The tofu, mushroom, and peas dish along with the carrot coconut creme brulee are especially good!
