we all know how the ppk feels about the term "super food" and i dont really tend to use yahoo news as a "news" source but this article made me chuckle this morning. http://shine.yahoo.com/healthy-living/top-10-superfoods-women-153800890.htmlsteak is now heart healthy! huzzah! everyone eat cow! they also call shrimp a fish which i dont think it is?????
