sp.sct.marketing@wholefoods.comNovember 8th will be a four course cooking demonstration/wine dinner party. I am still working on the menu, but it will feature locally grown pesticide free fall produce. I am hoping to have the menu created in the next week or two. This one includes 4 course dinner and wine pairings for $50.00 per person. It fills up fast as the space is limited to 30 people. We had a blast and a great turn out for the spring class. I wish I could teach and cook all of the time. But for now, it is just a labor of love as my regular job keeps me very busy. It is so much fun to show people how awesome and delish vegan food tastes. It is so cool when someone says they have never had a vegan meal before and they are amazed at how good it is. I am hoping to keep that trend going. I hope some of you guys can come out.
