Anything by John and Mary McDougall. I always reach for Mary's recipes first, unless I'm in a browsing mood.

A Vegan Taste of Mexico by Linda Majzlik. I have also cooked from her Italian and holiday cookbooks. Unlike many others, I like her cookbooks, every recipe worked so far.
