I don't see what you guys have against olive oil really, but I'll give coconut oil a try to see which is better. For science. Olive oil works pretty well and is cheap and readily available, which is why its useful. I don't think I feel like oil would be good or necessary for PIV type sex, but whatever floats your boat I guess. I have no reason to back up why I don't want to put oil in my vag.

Honestly, I just feel like when I cook with olive oil it makes things pretty greasy pretty fast. Cocout oil is more soft and subtle feeling. I haven't as of yet used either for sex though, so who knows.

Yeah, olive oil feels greasier, rather than, uh, lubier.
And coconut oil liquifies at a temperature right around body temperature-- you don't have to be having hot sex, you just have to touch it. Scoop some up on your fingers sometimes and rub it around-- it doesn't take much to melt, and it has a fantastic texture when it does.

I've heard of it before from people trying to conceive. Personally don't use coconut oil for anything myself, too expensive locally!
