I veganized couple of recipes from Nigella Lawson's cookbook "Kitchen" - here they are:

Image
Mexican Lasagne (for this I made own version with "cheese" since vegan cheese is not easily available in Poland)

Image
Minestrone

Image
"My Mother's praised chicken" - not my Mother's and not chicken - TVP cutlets that are - anyway it was great

Image
"African Drumsticks" - tofu subbed for chicken, mixture of soy sauce and tamarind paste for Worcestershire sauce + baked zucchinis

Image
Chocolate Banana Muffins - easy to veganize - no milk required, soy yoghurt subbed for eggs

Holy crepe, that all looks awesome. What homemade cheeze recipe did you use? I want to recreate!

That looks delicious and I don't even like lasagna or the chocolate-banana flavour combo! African Drumsticks plate for me, please.

I can't stop looking at the "chicken". All those beautiful herbs! Very nicely done.
