I won't be able to get to the shop to make anything tonight for the picnic, but I'll pick up something in Utrecht at a shop hopefully. See you guys tomorrow!

So sorry for not letting you know that I was working all day yesterday. Weekends are difficult for me, I usually have multiple jobs on one day and actually managed to spend the day working from 10 am to 1 pm, pretty much.
But: How was the food at Sunshine ?

Sorry you couldn't make it, Paloma. It would have been fun to meet you! The food at Sunshine was really really good and the people there were soooooo nice! And they seem to get that vegan = no cheese no butter. (Although oddly, tuna was listed under vegetarian dishes.) Plus, banana and coconut beer!

Ethiopian is definitely going to be one of my future cooking projects (when I'm 'done' with Asian stir fries, vegan cheese and low carb baking...). I think the oniony stuff was a foul/ful: mashed fava beans with spices and raw onion.
